By creating an hb998 account or by continuing to use the hb998 platform after any update to these Terms, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any subsequent amendments. Your acceptance is recorded at the time of account registration and is updated each time you log in following a Terms revision.

If you disagree with any revision to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the hb998 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the hb998 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from hb998 or had an account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account are a breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing hb998 from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.

To access real-money gaming on hb998, you must register for an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password of your choosing. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. hb998 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time.

All financial transactions on hb998 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hb998 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods is ৳50. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval to the player's nominated mobile wallet or card.

• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the hb998 platform as a mechanism to move, conceal, or legitimise funds of illicit origin.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, malfunctions, or pricing errors to place bets at odds that do not reflect the intended market. Winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at hb998 staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

hb998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where hb998 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the information provided during registration is false, inaccurate, or incomplete; (c) the player presents a risk of harm to themselves, other players, or the integrity of the platform; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose hb998 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hb998 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from activity that constituted the breach. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable processing period.

All content on the hb998 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of hb998 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the hb998 platform without the prior written permission of hb998.

hb998 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hb998 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. hb998 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hb998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of gaming sessions due to technical failure, network outage, or maintenance. hb998's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the hb998 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and hb998 in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting the hb998 support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents hb998 from seeking emergency injunctive relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
